We’ll talk through your hiring needs, explain how we could help and answer your questions.

What we’ll cover on the call

This is a practical conversation about the vacancy and understanding any challenges you're facing, not a generic sales presentation. The aim is to work out whether McRoberts can genuinely help and what the simplest sensible next step would be.

1. Your hiring requirement

The exact job title, hiring location, number of hires, urgency and likely ongoing recruitment volume.

2. What is making it difficult

Candidate volume, candidate quality, pay or location challenges, screening workload, agency costs, retention or anything else getting in the way.

3. A sensible campaign

What candidates need to understand about the role, why previous hires have or have not worked out, the screening criteria, recommended campaign and cost.

When is it worth booking a call?

A call is particularly useful when you have a real hiring requirement and want to understand whether a recruitment campaign could improve the way you are currently filling it.

A vacancy is proving difficult

You are not getting enough suitable people, the normal channels are underperforming or the role has been open for too long.

You have repeat or multi-site hiring

You regularly recruit the same job title, need several hires or want a model that can expand across locations without a new placement fee for every person.

You want a different approach

Job boards, internal recruitment or agencies are not giving you the candidate quality, speed or commercial model you want.

What happens if there’s a fit?

You do not need to arrive with a finished recruitment brief. If the model makes sense, we can turn the conversation into a clear pilot and take it from there.

1. Agree the pilot

We discuss your roles, locations, hiring target, timescale and screening requirements, then recommend the campaign scope and investment. Your proposal identifies advertising, any optional extras and the agreed duration.

2. Complete setup

Once the agreement is signed, we collect the information and approvals needed to build the advertising, candidate journey and screening.

3. Launch

We aim to launch within one week once we have the required information and approvals, then actively manage the campaign with your team.

Prefer to send the details first?

If you would rather not book a meeting yet, send us the job title, location and hiring requirement. We’ll review it and come back to you.
