Your Own Coach
- Take the wheel of our sleek inter-city coaches and transport passengers across the UK with safety and style
- Provide top-tier customer care, injecting every journey with energy and enthusiasm
- Maintain impeccable standards of vehicle cleanliness and personal presentation
- Ensure compliance with driving regulations and company policies

Meet Tom and Jake, Flixbus Newport Coach Drivers
Stable Shift Pattern
You’ll work a consistent 4 on / 2 off pattern. Rota changes happen twice per year, with only small tweaks in between when routes change.
Proper Coach Driving
This is intercity coach work, focused on routes including Gatwick Airport, London and Swansea. Expect longer runs and a different pace to local bus driving.
Your Own Coach
While you’re out on the road, the coach feels like yours. You’ll do a simple end-of-trip tidy, so the coach is ready for the next passengers.
Supportive Team
Join a tight, supportive team where people look out for each other. There’s a driver WhatsApp/forum to share updates, road info, and help each other day-to-day.
Great Pay Rates
Earn £15.06/hr (Mon–Fri) and £18.36/hr (Sat–Sun). You’re paid sign-on to sign-off, with paid breaks (no break deductions).
Deserved Time Off
You’ll receive 20 days pro rata plus bank holidays. After 5 years’ service, you get an extra week of annual leave. You also get a paid day off for your birthday.
